  • What is your return/refund policy?

Due to the types of products we sell and Covid 19, there are NO RETURNS or REFUNDS. We may replace the products based upon evidence required and our discretion.

  • Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently ship internationally. 
  • What are your shipping options and cost?

Shipping options and cost vary. Options are available at checkout.

  • How long until I get my delivery?
Delivery time varies, depending on your shipping option. Shipping time is calculated from the time your order is confirmed as FULFILLED. Please allow extra time during high volume times (sales) and holidays. Please allow 7-10 days for kits to be processed, they are customized to you and some materials may have to be attained. Also, products that are handmade, please allow 2-3 business days extra for processing.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?

Once order is confirmed, no changes can be made.

  • How can I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you will be sent a confirmation with tracking information that stays up to date.
